A hard statement to write but yesterday marked the closure of Saxons Barn as an events venue. We have had a lovely few events over the past few months and have fulfilled all of our last bookings whilst handling the knowledge that we had been given notice to close. I have worked at Saxons Barn since it was moved here and will take away with me the beautiful memories of all the weddings, parties, events, yoga days, celebrations of life, christenings, mini markets, seasonal events and anything in between! Together with the most amazing staff I have had over the years , staff who have been beyond loyal, who have worked tirelessly on long, long 17 hour days, who I have laughed and cried with and I have truly appreciated each and every one of them. My beautiful Saxons Barn and all the people who have been through it will be in my heart forever and I will always be thankful to have worked here. Love from Debbie ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

We have hosted a few beautiful celebrations of life recently here at Saxons Barn which we tend not to post, and then we finished last week with a lovely surprise 30th Birthday on Saturday. Marie had gone to so much effort with all her decor and attention to detail and it was a great evening 💞💞

Kooky Spooky afternoon Tea 🎃👻🎃👻🦇
We are hosting an afternoon tea for Halloween here at Saxons Barn during October Half Term. We are offering an afternoon tea with activity pack and goodie bag for children. Tables available for up to 8 guests during selected dates and time slots so come and join us for some spooky fun

Tuesday 29th October @ 12.30-2.30 and 3.30-5.30 🦇

Wednesday the 30th October @ 12.30-2.30 and 3.30-5.30 🎃

Prices for afternoon tea with tea/coffee/water and squash priced at £25 per/adult and £15 per child up to the age of 14. A glass of Prosecco can be added for £5 per/glass

Menu will consist of assorted sandwiches/sausage rolls and assorted sweet treats

dietary requirements catered for upon request

Busy week here at Saxons, Two beautiful celebrations of life and then the most amazing christening party on Saturday. The Food was incredible, the music was great and everyone just had the most wonderful sunny afternoon celebrating the christening of Fernand Felippe, the cutest little man 🥰🥰
