Follow the 2.7-mile Avington circular through country lanes, meadows and beside the River Itchen, or stretch your legs on the 4.75-mile loop of the Itchen Valley Churches Trail, taking in Avington, Itchen Abbas, Martyr Worthy and Easton, with a well-earned stop at .hampshire.

Fresh air, good company and no particular hurry. This is your kind of out of office.
