I love a themed meal and get really excited about trying new world cuisine recipes! I had some leftover Jamaican curry chicken from my deliveries this week so decided to create a menu with some homemade spicy beef patties, pineapple salsa and a cheeky rum cocktail (dark rum, fresh ginger, pineapple juice and angostura- try it!). Delicious!

The local Curry delivery was a hit! I switched it up this week with a Friday night drop off and it was the most popular yet! The menu included three different curries plus sides and raita. A lot of fun to make and deliver to Crawley residents.
