We then headed to fair in Rolvenden and purchased a few homey bits for the flat from local businesses and of course a new dress or two!

Hey,
Here’s some gorgeous locally grown feverfew in attempt to brighten up this rainy, cloudy Monday.
We have got a week filled with preparation for a few crazy June weekends, a visit to , friends birthday celebrations, time with family and new wedding proposals to create and send to some of (hopefully our) future couples.

Just a quick florist tip for your garden Peonies, when you cut them, dunk their heads into either a bucket or lay them in your sink, to get rid of the ants and any other bugs that are in there. Then simply cut the stems at an angle and place in plenty of water.

Well what a heatwave it’s been..
Here are some top tips for your wedding day to keep your blooms as fresh as possible:-
1- Keep all bouquets in water for as long as you can, I usually say take out 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts and dry with a tea towel, cloth, kitchen roll anything really
2- designate someone to be on hand with a spray bottle to freshen up any arrangements you have
3-Spritz buttonholes and corsages before attaching them for the ceremony
Keep the flowers in a cool room with as little sunshine/ heat as possible until the last minute.
4- Most importantly keep yourself hydrated and enjoy your wedding day!!

Happy Bank holiday weekend guys!! We have our last few deliveries going out tomorrow morning before we sign off for an apparent heat wave, in the UK surely not?!!
We will be spending it taking time to catch up with friends, eating delicious food from and soaking up the sun ☀️. How will you be spending yours ?
