Workshops may be on pause for now, but the heart of The Buttery Dish is still gently beating in the background ❤️
 The view is just as beautiful, the garden just as peaceful, and there’s still plenty of joy quietly simmering behind the scenes.

This little pause is a chance to rest, reset, and let new ideas take root.
 I can’t wait to welcome you back soon for more beautiful days filled with creativity, connection and really good food.

Until then, I’ll be here…soaking in the sunshine and dreaming up what comes next 💕

Delicious detox salad…

I had to share this with you!

These are the ingredients for one of the salads I made at my ‘Winter Salad Detox’ workshop!

One of my friends attended the workshop and fell in love with my butternut squash, crispy kale, pumpkin seeds salad, with a mirin and miso dressing…so much so that when she came for lunch she asked me to make it for her!!! Make sure you swipe to see the finished salad!

It’s one of my favourites too, so I loved making it again for her ❤️
