On Saturday we hosted our first in a series of Kadai Live Fire class at our BBQ school in Wimborne. We cooked a range of meats, fish, and vegetables using different techniques, all over open fire.

The feedback from the class has been amazing, and we’ve already added more dates across the coming months for all of our classes. We also offer classes for the corporate sector, including team building and private group events.
