We are taking over the kitchen at Bruhaha for the next 3 days, and we’ve got a massive announcement: This is our final pop-up at this spot for the season! 🤘 (We’re planning to return for an encore later this year, but you know how the tour life is—catch us while you can!).

As chefs, we hate being put in a box. We love our Greek roots, but sometimes you just need to shred a different solo. That’s why, for this last weekend, we are DITCHING THE GREEK FOOD. 🇬🇷🚫

Instead, we’re bringing you a menu built for the bold: 🍔 Signature Smash Burgers – smashed hard on the grill for that perfect crust. 🌶️ Cajun Spice Chicken Burger – marinated, fried, and ready to bite back. 🍟 Loaded Fries & More – because we don't do "small portions."

Yo, Rebels! 🤘

A lot of you have been asking, „Who’s the brains behind the bites?” Time to pull back the curtain.

Meet the man, the myth, the master of the grill: Marek.

This guy has been in the hospitality game for over 25 years. Seriously. A quarter of a century. He’s hustled his way up from washing dishes and chopping veg to running the whole show as an Executive Head Chef (sounds fancy, right? 😅).

But you know what? After years of cooking „someone else’s ideas” in stuffy kitchens, he’d had enough. He was tired of the suits and the fine dining fuss.

He wanted his own flavour. His own chaos. His own SIGNATURE. 🔥

And just like that, The Rebel Bites was born.

No suits, no BS. Just real, authentic Greek food made with fire, heart, and a hell of a lot of attitude. Every single gyros that lands in your hands has that story baked into it – the passion, the grind, and a proper bit of rebellion.
