Our beautiful bride and groom yesterday- Katie and Mark.

This wedding was different to anything we have ever done before - not only because she is the only daughter and that alone was full of emotion, Katie our bride is blind.

She is such a strong Independent Woman who knows what she wants and with her own therapy business - I am in total awe of her.

We wanted to make sure Katie had various elements in her wedding so touch, smell and senses were a major part.

Here are the elements highlights that were changed to enhance her day or saved on costs

- Artificial flowers instead of real ones for ceremony and dining tables. As Katie could not see the flowers money was saved on this and scented candles were added all around every area - ceremony, bar, dining area.

- Real flowers just used in bouquets and buttonholes.

- Frayed ribbon matching bridesmaids colours was used for aisle chairs, candle holders and on napkins so Katie’s could feel the different texture

- 3D lace butterfly and voil luxury bridal material was sourced by us and used for bespoke tablecloth’s for sweetheart top table and cake table so Katie could again feel the texture and the 3D raised butterflies. The voil part was flat on top part of table to avoid w**e glasses to topple

- 3D butterflies on heart shaped white card was used for guest notes on wishing tree so all matching

- Blue bevelled liner plates and water glass so different feel and the blue theme carried throughout

- Audio phone booth with personal message from Katie and Mark pre recorded for guests to leave personal messages rather than a photobooth

They had the best day and are still partying !
