🚨 CONFESSION TIME… 🚨

When people book a party, they usually see the princess, the superhero, the mascot or the party host.

What they don’t see is everything happening behind the scenes to make that magic possible.

The reality?

It’s us.

A husband and wife team juggling party bookings, school runs, costume repairs, marketing, late-night admin, washing mascot costumes, loading vans and somehow remembering what day of the week it is. 😅

While the children are asleep, we’re often working, planning party bookings, messaging our team, organising, sorting and messaging.

While everyone else is relaxing on a Sunday evening, we’re unpacking a van.

And when you send us a message at 9pm, there’s a good chance one of us is replying from the sofa with a cup of tea in hand. ☕

Every booking matters to us because this isn’t just our business, it’s our family’s livelihood.

That’s why we care so much about the details.
That’s why we go the extra mile.
That’s why we treat every party as if it was for our own children.

Behind every mascot hug, disco, princess makeover and superhero adventure is just two people who genuinely love creating magical memories for families.

And after thousands of parties, we’d still rather be doing this than anything else. ❤️

POV: You book a princess party because your daughter loves Cinderella.

But secretly it’s because for two whole hours someone else is in charge. 👀😂

The kids are entertained.
The birthday child feels like royalty.
The photos are gorgeous.

And you get to spend the party actually enjoying it instead of running around shouting:

“Who opened the pass the parcel before the music stopped?!” 📦

“Everyone gets a turn… EVERYONE GETS A TURN.” 😅

“Can somebody tell me whose child this is?”

Parenting win. ✨

Because your child gets the princess party of their dreams…

And you get to soak it all in.

Now that’s what we call a happily ever after. 👑

One thing we’ve learned after hundreds of children’s parties…

Children are brutally honest. 😂

If they loved it, you’ll hear about it for months.

If they didn’t… you’ll definitely hear about it for months.

So when a parent tells us their child “never stops talking about you”, we know that’s about the highest praise possible. ❤️

We’re just sorry we may have accidentally created a lifelong expectation that every birthday party should be this exciting. 🎉

🤠😂 It starts innocently enough…

Your child says they love Woody.

Next thing you know, you’ve bought the costume.

Then you’ve bought the waistcoat.

Then you’re standing at a party dressed as a cowboy, posing for photos with a giant Woody mascot while questioning every life decision that brought you to this moment. 😂

And honestly?

We wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

One of the best things about Toy Story is that it belongs to two generations.

The parents who grew up with Buzz and Woody…

And the children who are now completely obsessed with them. 🚀

Somewhere along the way, the toys got passed down, the films got rewatched and before you know it, you’re creating the same magical memories with your own little ones.

Now the kids are back at nursery and school, we’ve finally had a moment to catch up on work and reflect. 🤍

This school holiday, we’ve spent nearly every day with our children. Sometimes that’s been big adventures, sometimes it’s been days in the garden… and yes, sometimes it’s been help from friends and family (because let’s be honest, we all need a breather now and then!)

But the biggest gift has been choice. 💛

The choice to be there.
The choice to decide when, where and how we spend our time.
The choice to make memories together.

That’s the freedom Bunny Business Events has given us.

It doesn’t look like flashy cars or luxury holidays. It looks like time. And to us, that’s everything.

None of it would be possible without YOU, our amazing families who have chosen us over the years. You’ve helped us build something we’re incredibly proud of, a business that brings joy, creates memories and helps make birthdays and special occasions truly magical, all whilst supporting our family to make memories of our own.

So, from our family to yours, thank you. 💫

🚀😂 POV: When Toy Story first came out, you were Andy. Now you’re Andy’s Mum. 😂🚀

We regret to inform you that Toy Story was released in 1995.

Which means the little boy playing with Woody and Buzz is now old enough to have children of his own. 😭

So if you’ve recently caught yourself saying:

👉 “That can’t have been 30 years ago!”
👉 “Wait… am I old enough to be Andy’s Mum?!”

The answer is yes.

Yes, you are. 😂

With the new Toy Story movie on the horizon, a whole new generation is falling in love with Buzz, Woody and the gang all over again. And honestly, watching your children become obsessed with the same characters you grew up with is pretty special. 💚💙
