It’s a simple, empowering way for children to take control of their own energy. 🛡️🌈

​How to teach the Superhero Shield:
1️⃣ Rub your hands together until they feel warm and tingly.
2️⃣ Draw a circle of light around your body, from your head to your toes.
3️⃣ Set the rule: Imagine your shield is made of a magical, strong material. Good, kind feelings can come through, but if someone is having a bad day or acting grumpy, those "grumpy germs" just bounce right off your shield!

​It’s not just a game—it’s a way to teach children that they are the owners of their own space and their own feelings.

​We run tailored Little Light Bridge workshops every weekend, specifically designed to give kids and teens practical, life-long skills for self-regulation.
