Absolute pleasure to cook a couple of pizzas for Bruce Grobbelaar this evening. An absolute gent, even moved his car so I could park my pizza trailer!

🍕 THE OVEN IS FIRED UP… ROLLING FLAME IS COOKING! 🔥

After plenty of dough, testing, planning and probably eating more pizza than was strictly necessary… 😅

Rolling Flame is officially up and running in the airstream trailer!

We’re bringing proper wood-fired pizza straight to your event — fresh dough, quality ingredients, seriously hot ovens and plenty of good vibes.

This video gives you a little look at what Rolling Flame is all about: making great pizzas with fresh ingredients 🍕🔥

From birthdays and weddings to sports teams, parties, corporate events and community events, we bring the pizza and do the cooking. You just enjoy it.

And this is only the beginning…

📍 Based in the Wigan / St Helens area and travelling across the North West.

👇 If you’re a pizza lover, give us a follow.

And tell us in the comments: what pizza would you have from Rolling Flame? 🍕

This video shot and edited by my amazing friend Jill Cumberbatch (she even composed the music!)

Only three ingredients go into our pizza sauce, the best Italian tomatoes, a pinch of salt and fresh basil. Come and have a taste today from 2pm at Garswood Hall Bowling and Community Club.

It's that time of the week. Don't stare too deeply into the void!

How good is this? Laser cut my Rolling Flame logo design into rubber. Now I have a pizza box stamp! What ink works best?

In April 2025 when I started planning Rolling Flame my first purchase was a big stainless steel sink off ebay. Today, doing events and washing up 5 or 6 dough trays at a time I am so grateful I made that decision! It's the little things!

After 5 years of pizza making practice and 10 months of planning I finally ran my first public pizza pop up at Garswood Hall Bowling Club. 60 wood fired pizzas later and covered in flour, I had a great time and customers gave me fab feedback. I've been invited back this Saturday, going to try for 75! Thanks to everyone who has inspired and helped me, you are all splendid!
