Did my first little event for a local business today. A menu sampler to keep their hard working team going💪 . So glad they enjoyed the pizza🍕 !

In April 2025 when I started planning Rolling Flame my first purchase was a big stainless steel sink off ebay. Today, doing events and washing up 5 or 6 dough trays at a time I am so grateful I made that decision! It's the little things!

After 5 years of pizza making practice and 10 months of planning I finally ran my first public pizza pop up at Garswood Hall Bowling Club. 60 wood fired pizzas later and covered in flour, I had a great time and customers gave me fab feedback. I've been invited back this Saturday, going to try for 75! Thanks to everyone who has inspired and helped me, you are all splendid!
