With my Health & Safety background, I’m all over it: spotting risks, finding solutions and helping keep the shop safe, compliant and incident-free. Mainly because the only surprises we want are flower orders from you lovely lot not accident reports. Now where’s that accident book! 🙈🤣

My glasses went home with a customer...
Apparently, so did my powers of observation. 😂. A customer accidentally took my glasses with them and I genuinely didn’t realise!!!
