And just like that… ITS JUNE!!

The picture above is a poppy from my garden too… British gorgeousness at its best ❤️ also spot the 🐝

June celebrates British flower week: 16th to the 22nd and our 6th birthday!!

This year I’ve decided to only stock British grown flowers for the week of 16th to the 22nd!! I’m still in talks with growers and I’m trying to use northwest growers to keep it local and economical 🩷

This week is a wrap apart from my pre-ordered deliveries tomorrow!!

It was also nice to do another funeral home consultation this week for a family in Whelley 🩷 I absolutely feel very privileged to be asked to create a floral piece for a loved one’s final farewell!!

Strike a pose with a Peony 🩷

I love May as these beauties grace us with their frills!! My fav has to be the one in the picture… the ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ peony! Who was a French actress and the original grower of this beauty named it after her 🌸

Yet again I’ve sold out of them this week, fresh stock coming in on Wednesday!!

So yesterday we bid a sad farewell to my Uncle Graham💙 and it was an honour to create these for his final journey!

The family wanted a natural classical whites, green and a hint of blue coffin spray, which consisted of: thistle, delphinium, veronica, chrysanthemum blooms, roses, stocks, tanacetum (little daises), ammi & gypsophila along with leather leaf, ivy, eucalyptus, aralia and two kinds of ferns.

It was a day filled with memories, love, tears and laughter spent with the Taylor family and Co.

Love you all & you did him proud - it was a beautiful send off❤️

At the weekend it was my birthday!! and spent a night away in Manchester, having fabulous food at thank you to the husband for spoiling me Mick Cassidy ❤️…. Looking forward to what Chapter 46 has in store! 🎂

And just like that…. It’s MAY 🩷🌸 my birthday month 🥳

May also means it’s peony season and I’ll have them in the studio from next week!

I’ve been creating this beauty in the sunshine today. It’s so pretty and full of texture! It’s fresh at the minute but limonium dries really well so this is an ever lasting wreath!
