It’s always a conflicting time at this point in the holidays. I love having my team at home but I am ready for some routine and also time to get work done. But gosh, where did the summer go?!
We have a week before they return now but I am heading towards a three wedding bank holiday weekend with mini shoots thrown in too!
This weekend sees me return to some of my favourites including Albert's Standish and I can’t wait.
But for now, I am off to soak up my team for a little longer as next summer, they won’t be this little again 🥺

Shan & John tied the knot with their close friends and family at Ashfield House last month. After meeting 14 years earlier, a health scare prompted John to propose. And they couldn’t have had a better day!

Not every wedding photographer works the same way — and honestly, that’s a good thing.

I’m not there to take over your day, drag you away from your guests or spend hours making you pose.

I’m there to make sure you look bloody good in your photos AND have a bloody good time getting them. 😂

I’ll give you direction when you need it, step back when you don’t, and before the day we’ll actually talk about what matters to you — from the people you absolutely need a photo with to the shots you’ve been saving on Pinterest.

Because your wedding isn’t a photoshoot.

It’s your wedding.
I’m just there to photograph it beautifully. 🤍

And if you’re planning a 2027 or 2028 wedding, there’s currently a rather lovely little incentive to get your date booked…

Book before 31st August and pay NO booking fee.

For the couples who want their wedding photographs to feel like them. 🤍

I’m not really interested in creating a gallery full of perfectly posed photographs.

Of course, we’ll get the beautiful portraits — but I want to capture everything around them too. The nervous excitement, the ridiculous laughter, the quiet moments, the chaos, the people you love and all those little in-between moments that you probably didn’t even notice on the day.

My style is natural, romantic and a little bit editorial, with lots of movement, emotion and atmosphere. I’ll give you enough direction that you never feel awkward, but never so much that your wedding starts to feel like a photoshoot.

Because years from now, I want you to look through your photographs and not just think “that’s a beautiful photo.”

I want you to think “I remember exactly how that felt.”

And if you’re planning a 2027 or 2028 wedding, there’s currently a little extra reason to get in touch…

I hear “you never stop” so often and it’s true, I probably need to say no more but the biggest flex I have with my business is that I choose! This week I worked one wedding and a mini shoot! The rest of the week I spent with my family and friends.
No work now until we get back from Cornwall - much need R&R (and great food!)
