Based on government advice we are βBusiness as usualβ but we wanted to keep everyone updated on how we handle bookings and cancellations but also to offer some reassurance during the recent Coronavirus issue.
I have 3 daughters aged 5 months to 6 years so I am extremely sympathetic towards us parents wanting to keep the family safe all year round.

Our childrenβs birthdays are still a date on the calendar regardless of Covid-19, so we are still taking bookings!
We understand that you may not want to plan a large party and some have already changed their booking to a small home visit so birthdays are still very special. Our 20-30min home visits for up to 3 guests start at just Β£50.

If you have paid a deposit, as always we will do our upmost to attend!
Deposits are non-refundable BUT they are transferable. If you need or want to change a date or scale down your party packages please do let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate.

If you need to Cancel or postpone your booking due to illness or as a precaution, please do get in touch as soon as possible.
You may be offered;
βοΈ A deposit transfer towards a party Or home visit any time within the next 12 Months.
βοΈ Video Call or Recorded message
If any of our performers show symptoms, advised to self isolate or diagnosed you will be offered an alternative character if available. Alternatively a full refund of your deposit.
If the government suggests a wide-spread quarantine in a particular area, all parties and events in that area will sadly be cancelled or postponed. That said, we will continue to adapt and update you all where appropriate.

Firstly, hand washing, hand sanitiser, clean & steamed costumes & sterilised resources between events are nothing new here... but we are being extra vigilant and were appropriate, our performers will also be hand washing more frequently at events as this has proven to be the most effective way of preventing the spread.
If you are going ahead with large parties but have concerns, you may have already considered taking the following precautions;
βοΈ Change your event location from a public venue to your private home.
βοΈ Remind family and guests with flu-like symptoms to stay home! We will happily sign messages and leave Tiaras for guests who canβt attend.
βοΈ Encourage hand washing or hand gel during the party.
