I was absoultley blown away ( pardon the pun) . The Nightclub I hired was amazing . Communications were perfect and the set up team were super friendly and helpful .I would deffinatley recommend this to anyone wanting to make a party extra special and different ,Thank you you made the night amazing !

From start to finish, Monster Inflatables provided an excellent service. Their online booking system was straightforward and easy to use, and the communication from the office was fantastic throughout. They checked in regarding the ground conditions beforehand and kept us informed of the delivery and collection times, both of which were spot on.Joshua, who delivered and set everything up, was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough with all the safety checks. He was also so patient and kind with my very chatty 4-year-old, which didn’t go unnoticed!As a safety professional myself, I was particularly impressed that all of their RAMS and public liability insurance documents were sent over ahead of delivery. It was reassuring to see such a high standard of professionalism and attention to safety.Overall, I couldn’t fault the service. I would definitely use Monster Inflatables again and have already recommended them to friends and family.A huge thank you to everyone at Monster Inflatables for helping make our day such a success!

Very friendly and professional, both the customer service staff and the guys who delivered and collected the inflatables. The inflatables were great, perfect for 25 energetic 8 year old boys!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish! They kept us updated in the two weeks leading up to the event and their communication was excellent throughout. The setup and collection were smooth and hassle-free, making everything so easy on the day. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

From start to finish excellent communications , was the first time I had ever hired a bouncy castle and they didn’t make me feel like a “amateur” very helpful and kind . We had an issue with our hall size fitting all 3 of our castles - but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently on the day leaving us happy to go ahead with the party 🎈. Thank you so much if I ever feel I can do a party again then I will definitely be coming back to monster inflatables 🙌🙌

Really pleased with the booking, can’t recommend enough. Monster Inflatables have been very professional when we had to cancel/reschedule due to illness, the delivery and set up was so smooth, punctual and effortless. Great organisation! Children had so much fun jumping on the castle. We will definitely use them again!

Absolutely brilliant service. Super friendly staff when booking and really friendly delivery and collection guys. The set up was amazing. Reasonably priced and lots to items to choose from.
