[ad] If you fancy a bit of peri peri goodness, get yourself over to , a new restaurant that's just opened in the Theatre District. Sorry, I mean 12th Street. I'll never get used to that.

They've just opened so are still a bit rough around the edges, but the chicken is good and it's cheaper than Nandos! Enjoy! 🍗🍟🙌

[ad] Did you see the awesome outdoor cinema I posted about on Halloween? Well the gang at are also running magical Christmas events this month!

They're taking place in a cosy starlit Christmas barn this time (it's too cold to be outside!) and are completely socially distanced. You get table service (by elves 😍) so it feels both covid-safe and really special! Plus, there are festive extras such as a lovely Winter Wonderland setting, mulled wine and mince pies on offer, an on-screen Christmas quiz, jazz music and even fancy dress!

Bonus: £1 of your ticket money will go towards Water Aid UK, helping to change communities across the world.

The Patch MK never fail to disappoint do they? The pumpkin patch is officially open today, compete with lots of photo ops, a hay bale maze, a house of pumpkins, lots of activities for kids and a whopping 30,000 pumpkins!

100% recommend a visit. Even if you don't have kids, it's just a cool place to explore! 🎃♥️

Is there anything better in life than a big bowl of pasta, red wine and good company? Didn't think so.

If you're looking for a romantic date night restaurant that also feels safe covid-wise, you definitely need to head to Fratelli's. Amazing food, great service, screens between tables and anti-bac readily available. I felt really safe whilst still feeling the ambience of being in a lovely Italian restaurant. Will be back for more of this parpadelle manzo asap. 🤤

Olney looking beaut 😍 What's your fave of the surrounding villages? I think Stony Stratford will always have my heart, but Olney is a close second.

Oh so glad that Fourth & Fifth are back open as of this weekend! I visited this morning for this A+ vegan breakfast and was really impressed with their new social distancing guidelines and fab table service. Would definitely recommend a visit. You can book online but they also accept walk-ins. 🍳🥞💕

HELLO ✨ It's been a bit quiet on this page for a while. Naturally, it's been a bit difficult to showcase the wonderful things happening in Milton Keynes when you can't leave your house! But, things are looking up. Our independent shops and restaurants are open, and it feels like a ~bit~ of normality is coming back. So stay tuned, lots of MK content incoming. 💜

Have you ordered any deliverable treats whilst in lockdown? We tried .my.cakery's treat box a couple of weeks ago and it was SO GOOD! Yes that is a cookie dough stuffed Easter egg!! 👀Definitely a pick-me-up in these crazy times.

Missing your caffeine fix in lockdown? WELL I HAVE GREAT NEWS FOR YOU. The amazing are a mobile coffee van, delivering delicious coffee to the people of Milton Keynes!

I got my fix this morning and it was super easy. You just text them, they turn up on your estate, contactless payment and only a £5 minimum. Pretty sweet, huh?! 🙌☕❤️ @ Milton Keynes
