Dear Clients,
To secure your wedding date, all bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week before your wedding day.
Unfortunately, if the final balance has not been received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled, and your appointment may be offered to another client.
This policy has been introduced because, in the past, I have experienced occasions where payments were not made or were significantly delayed until long after the wedding day. As a small business, I hope you understand that this policy helps protect my time and allows me to continue providing the best possible service to all of my brides.
