Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise for all ages and levels of ability. With a mixture of simple padwork combinations and games, our focus is on you having so much fun that you don’t even realise you’ve had a great workout! No partner? No problem! Because there are two of us teaching, there is always a spare partner to work with, so come along and join the fun! Prices: Single Sessions: £5.00 - Pay as you go - Simply turn up, workout and have fun! Block of 4: £15.00 - Buy 3 and get 1 FREE! - They don’t have to be used consecutively! Bronze Monthly: £12.50 - Unlimited Monday OR Thursday classes! - Price is per month Silver Monthly: £17.99 - Unlimited Monday AND Thursday classes! - Price is per month
