To all our stallholders who are already CONFIRMED for our event Bubblefest 2025 on Saturday!!! Can hot food vendors please arrive for 8am and other stallholders please arrive between 9am and 9.30am to set up? You will be shown where to set up on the day

Unfortunately, due to lack of sign ups, the Car Show portion of our event will have to be cancelled. Don't worry though...

Unfortunately, due to lack of sign ups, the Car Show portion of our event will have to be cancelled. Don't worry though, the Dog Show and Fun Day will still be going ahead!!!!

All stallholders already booked will get a new site plan etc... emailed to them at the beginning of next week as we now need to rearrange the whole field. Please bear with us while we sort this out.

The site plan and stallholder list for Bubblefest 2025 has now been sent to all stallholders, we have had a few emails bounce back so if you haven't received one please email us at [email protected] so that we have the correct address and we will send them on to you.

Another scammer!!!

It has come to our attention that someone has been using our information from a previous post asking for stallholders for our event on 25th May. The profile has been reported to Facebook. We DO NOT have an event on 25th June and will never contact anyone using our personal profiles. We only ever contact people using our business page and all events and stallholder requests will also come from our page. Please do not make any arrangements with anyone other than ourselves for our events.
