"How come they get a lovely Mercedes and we get a crappy normal car?". That Sir, is because you didn't book the S express, you went through a well known ride hailing app.

Said driver from well known ride hailing app, had also arrived the wrong way in a one way street. When I told him of his mistake, he said "Can I just continue up to the top"- Really!! He also said it was because he "Wasn't from around here". If only there signs and road markings to let you know these things. 🙄🙄

Two advantages of being up at stupid o'clock. No traffic and fabulous Sunrises. This was 0330 after clearing my airport transfer and waiting for my 0400.

However my day was made after, being on a corporate all day hire, pulled into Asda (couldn't find a Waitrose & Partners) to get some lunch and as I was getting out, a couple pulled beside me and the lady said. "Wow, your car smells lovely". There's some lush people in the world.

Been a bit lastminute.com at BTCS towers the last couple of days. Lads returning from a very laid back and sophisticated Stag Weekend away last night, and tonight a lovely Lady coming in from Belfast. On top of that, our 2230 pick-up is now delayed till 0100. Will we be there? of course we will.

With flight tracking included, our clients won't be stood in the cold looking at their phones like many of the folks were last night when we picked up. The seats in the S will have been pre-heated and our clients will be in the car and on the way home around 2 minutes after exiting the terminal. Why travel 2nd Class when you can travel S Class?
