UPDATE REGARDING THE OASISH, STEREOTONICS & ANTICS SHOW

Firstly, thank you so much to everybody for the unbelievable support over the last few days following the sudden temporary closure of Whitehaven Civic Hall / Solway Hall.

Since the news broke, I’ve spent a lot of time working tirelessly to try and find a solution that would still allow the event to happen as planned on Friday 19th June.

I’ve had countless messages offering help, advice, support and alternative ideas and I genuinely cannot thank people enough for that. The support for this event and for West Coast Events has honestly been incredible.

After exploring a number of possible options, I currently believe the best decision will be to reschedule the event to a later date this year.

The good news is that conversations regarding a new date are already progressing positively.

Despite currently being away on a European tour this weekend, Oasish have still been extremely supportive and helpful in discussing possible solutions moving forward, which highlights their dedication to putting on a great night.

More conversations will take place over the next couple of days and further updates will follow as soon as possible.

I just want to thank everybody again for their patience and understanding in a situation which was completely unexpected and entirely out of my control.

West Coast Events remains fully committed to making sure this night still happens and when it does, we’ll make sure it’s bigger and better than originally planned🔥

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING OASISH LIVE AT SOLWAY HALL – FRIDAY 19TH JUNE

Following today’s announcement from Cumberland Council regarding the temporary closure of Whitehaven Civic Hall / Solway Hall for safety improvement works, we unfortunately need to confirm that the event on Friday 19th June can no longer go ahead on the originally planned date.

This situation is completely outside of our control and has come as a huge disappointment to everyone involved. As many of you know, this was set to be the very first major event organised by West Coast Events, and an incredible amount of time, effort and passion has gone into bringing this night together for Whitehaven.

At this stage, we are actively working with all parties involved to explore alternative arrangements, including a new date, and we will provide a full update to all ticket holders and followers as soon as possible.

Please bear with us while discussions take place and the best possible solution is worked through properly. We kindly ask everyone to avoid speculation while we await further information ourselves.

Most importantly, thank you for all of the support shown so far. The response to this event has honestly meant a huge amount, and we remain fully committed to making this night happen.
