What a night at Lloyd Cockermouth BMW celebrating their incredible 50th anniversary 🎉

We were proud to have Get Fizzed there for the sneak preview of the brand new BMW iX3 ahead of its UK launch on 7 March — and wow… what a machine. Seeing the new iX3 up close and hearing about all its capabilities was just wild. The tech, the presence, that Ocean Wave Blue 🔥

With its bold return to the iconic Neue Klasse-inspired grille, it strikes that perfect balance between heritage and cutting-edge electric innovation. A proper statement piece.

Manager Chris and his lovely wife Zoe even got to recreate their wedding photo with the Prosecco van — such a lovely moment and definitely one of the highlights of the night 🥂

It was also great to join AnnaKate Pearson Harpist whose beautiful harp music created the perfect backdrop for such a special evening.

Brilliant atmosphere, great people and plenty of fizz flowing all evening.

As the corks pop on another year we just want to say a huge thank you to every customer and event organiser who’s stopped by the van this year.

From graduation parties: football competitions; village fundays; Christmas lights switch-ons it’s been an absolute joy pouring your fizz and seeing familiar faces again, meeting so many new ones along the way. Every smile every toast and every “just one more” genuinely means the world to us.

Here’s to the memories we’ve shared and all the celebrations still to come. If you’re planning something special in 2026 you know where the fizz is 🍾

Well Workington, what can I say? It started off quiet with the weather… but you certainly didn’t disappoint!

Massive thank you to the Blood Bikes for looking after the prosecco van while I nipped for a coffee! Huge thanks to my regulars who came for a craic, a fizz and of course the free shots! I absolutely loved seeing people’s faces when I announced, (Paddy McGuiness voice)

Thank you Cockermouth for another amazing Christmas lights switch on! It’s always special coming back to my home town. Loved catching up on the craic and seeing lots of familiar faces. Special thanks to my little helper today, Jesse. He was adamant he was coming and was amazing at keeping the van tidy and restocking the flutes! Certainly earned his shift! Special thanks to Dirty Dogs for keeping us well fed – I can certainly recommend the dirty fries! Thank you to each and every one of you that stopped for a fizz, beer or both!

Lastly, best of luck to Kirstie, who has worked at Cockermouth Town Council for nearly 17 years, on another amazing Christmas lights. Best of luck on your next chapter.

Despite the chilly weather, it was the perfect family and friends gathering - full of love, laughter and celebration. A special thank you to Sara for keeping me fed and serving up a much-needed brew and to Christopher for making the booking happen - legends! 🙌
