At first glance, it’s just a dancefloor.

But for us, it’s so much more than that.

It’s where a couple share their first dance as newlyweds. Where proud parents steal a moment they’ll remember forever. Where friends, family and colleagues come together to celebrate, laugh, dance and make memories.

It’s often the focal point of an event and the backdrop to some of its most important moments.

Some event moments stop people in their tracks - and this was definitely one of them.

Created for the RSVP Awards, this surreal celebration drew inspiration from the extraordinary world of Salvador Dalí. Designed by and bringing together melting illusions, dramatic florals and immersive design to create a photo moment guests couldn’t resist stepping into.

It was a pleasure to collaborate with the incredibly talented and on this dalí-inspired installation. From the melting rug beneath your feet to the abundance of beautiful blooms, every detail invited guests to pause, explore and capture the moment.

To complete the scene, we incorporated our signature flickering LED candles, adding a warm, subtle glow throughout the installation. One of our favourite things is watching people realise they’re not actually real candles. They create all the atmosphere and elegance of candlelight, whilst remaining practical and safe for large-scale events.

We’ve spoken recently about how photo moments have become an essential part of modern events, and this is exactly why. Whether it’s a wedding, gala dinner, awards ceremony or brand activation, thoughtfully designed spaces create those shareable moments that live far beyond the event itself.

A truly unforgettable evening and a wonderful example of what can happen when creative minds come together.

From concept → creation.

For the Cloud Bar at we thought we’d share the vision boards behind the installation and how our original ideas translated into the final design within the room.

Created as part of the evening’s Dripping Dali-ism theme, the installation was inspired by the dreamlike floral compositions of Salvador Dali and the poetic language of surrealism.

At the heart of the design were the suspended clouds, creating a striking focal point and transforming the ceiling into an ethereal skyscape above the bar.

Delicate poppies appeared to drift from the clouds, suspended alongside butterflies that introduced movement, lightness and a sense of fleeting beauty throughout the installation. Together, these elements created a design that felt suspended somewhere between reality and dream.

Once illuminated, the entire installation took on a new dimension, with the lighting enhancing the details, movement and atmosphere within the design exactly as we had imagined.

And seeing the final result align so closely with what was first imagined is always one of the most rewarding parts of the design process.

We’re honoured to be featured in this month’s edition of Magazine, where shares the story behind House of Verve, the evolution of the brand and the future of immersive event design.

The feature explores how the events industry is evolving, with experience and atmosphere now playing such a central role in the way spaces are designed and experienced.

As Debbie shares within the interview, “the magic lies in the detail” and that belief continues to shape every environment we create.

Wedding in a Palm House!

For Alex & Mark’s wedding at led the planning of the day, working alongside an incredible creative team who brought the décor and overall look to life.

Our focus?
How the space worked.

We designed and installed a bespoke raised stage for the ceremony, elevating the chuppah so every guest had a perfect view set beautifully within the Palm House and its surrounding greenery.

But the real magic was in what came next…

That same stage transitioned seamlessly into the top table, carrying the celebration from day to night and holding its place as the room came alive around it.

From ceremony → speeches → full dancefloor energy… it all centred around one focal feature.

We’ve worked in this venue many times, and it’s always about finding new ways to make the space work harder, feel better, and deliver more.

Planning isn’t just logistics, it’s how a space comes to life.
