Beautiful day for our outdoor seed, sowing.. I'm blessed by living so close to the sea that hopefully I can get away with this early sowing, I'll do a backup one I the greenhouse just in case🤞🏻.

We've temporarily made a fortress to stop the pheasants from any further damage to my flower crops. Hopefully, I've cracked it this time, and they won't work out a way in...

But in any case, it really is a lovely day to be doing things outside.

Just love the colours and different textures in this winter bouquet.

Dried flowers bring something different to a bouquet, especially if you mix them with some fresh stems, plus the added advantage of a few stems of scented winter flowering shrubs make it a pretty awesome combo..

The shop is open for the last time this year, so pop along and see us.
We have lots of lovely fresh produce and also grab yourself a last-minute Christmas gift for someone. Plus, just for today, we have complimentary homemade mince pies and warming mulled wine to share..

What a beautiful festive morning.
The shop is open today with plenty of lovely seasonal delights including fresh veg grown here, delicious Sourdough, Christmas decorations and wreaths all made here , plus beautiful pottery.

Delicious fresh Sourdough bread from is now in, it smells fabulous, come and get it whilst it's still warm.
Plus some festive decorations handmade using our lovely flowers and also the all important fresh vegetables perfect for a warming soup to go with the delicious bread..

So much lovely winter vegetables on offer today freshly picked pumpkin, leeks, parsnips , butternut squash, carrots and plenty more, great for warming soups and stews, or roasted with your Sunday lunch 😋.
Plus so much colour still from the fresh flowers picked this morning lovely chrysanthemum in such a array of beautiful colours strawflowers and dahlia still , also a large selection of dried flowers available..

This Sunday 25th September St Nicholas Church in Abbotsbury is holding its harvest festival, please bring along a jam jar of flowers to decorate the church.
