✨ A brilliant end to the year with the Vyra team. ✨

We took some time out this week for our Christmas get-together, ice skating at Hampton Court, followed by a great dinner together.

It’s been a huge year of rebrand, growth, pitches, deliveries, and award wins. Hard to believe that a year ago, Vyra and Vanta were just notes on a table, and now both are fully launched, established, and already creating real momentum. The team has pushed, adapted, and delivered at an unbelievable pace, and we’re heading into 2026 stronger than ever.

Supporting Emerging Talent Through Our BRIT School Partnership

Our relationship with The BRIT School has become an important and enduring part of Vyra’s story, influencing the talent, creativity and drive across both Vyra and Vanta. Over the years, we’ve welcomed BRIT alumni including Luke Stanford, James Davies, Will Ford and Jake Wallenda. Experienced, capable professionals who have each made a substantial impact on the work we deliver. Their development within the company reflects our commitment to recognising and backing exceptional talent, giving people the scope to take ownership and operate with real responsibility.

Most recently, we extended this relationship by inviting two BRIT School students, Joshua Secular and Evie Harrison, to join us for work experience at the Rolling Stone UK Awards. They were able to support the production process from the inside, starting with prepping equipment at Brooklands Studio, then gaining first-hand exposure to a live, high-pressure show environment alongside the precision and teamwork required to deliver it. Placements like this help emerging creatives and technicians get real hands-on experience of the industry, and we’re proud to contribute to that progression.

Investing in talent is not a side initiative for us; it shapes our culture and the long-term direction of the company. As we grow, we remain committed to providing meaningful pathways, practical opportunities and sustained development for the next generation entering the industry.

Last week was a huge week for us! Not only did we win two awards at The Drum Awards, but we also produced The Rolling Stone Awards 2025 for Stream Publishing for the third consecutive year. We also proudly sponsored The Live Act Award, won by the very deserving Biffy Clyro.
