Another Christmas do at The Pax Inn
Fabulous venue for a private party with lots of catering to choose from!
I’ve even booked my own there!! 🥳🍾❤️
They had the festive menu with hot festive sandwiches, Roasties & Pigs in blankets 🎄

Tonight’s event teamed up with Resurrected Bites to provide Canapés for an evening with Two Ridings Community Foundation celebrating successes and fundraising at the lovely Artizan Cafe and Creative Space ❤️

I run the catering events for Resurrected Bites to help them find other ways against food poverty and waste! If you haven’t heard of these charities and spaces go to their pages and websites and have a look on what they do to help…it’s amazing! 🤩

Today’s menu was all Vegan & Vegetarian so was a fun challenge to create the canapés using limited sources but I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it!

‘no’ chicken Katsu strips on Jasmine Rice with Katsu Sauce and Pickled Slaw 😍
