Children’s Parties, karaoke and Disco
We are a family run business based in North Somerset (Weston super Mare). We are only a phone call away 07826 515306 and 07789507530.
We can cater for any occasion or event including preschool groups, nurseries, school parties or discos, birthday parties, christening, fetes and charities.
We cater for hundreds of parties and events every year and we have built very good relationships with ALL our clients who keep coming back year after year.
We realise that children’s parties can be very stressful and that is why you should leave your party in our hands. Over 80% of our bookings come from recommendations, you only need to read our feedback page to see why people come back time and time again.

We offer a 2 – hour child’s party which is suitable for children from 3 upwards. We involve ALL children and adults in our parties, so if you have children who are under 3 years they can also take part in our games with adult involvement.
We can, if required, extend your party and make it a family/friends gathering for a little extra cost. Please call for a quote.
We ALL hold an enhanced DBS certificate which means that we are the best people to work with your children.
All our music and karaoke is updated on a monthly basis.
ALL equipment is PAT tested for your safety and we hold Public Liability Insurance of up to 5 million pounds.

FAQ
What ages do you cater for?
We cater for all ages. as we ask parent's to take part in our games. Our parties are varied with games and prizes that are age appropriate and suitable for the children that we are entertaining.
How much time do you need to set up and pack away?
We generally arrive 40 minutes before the party starts. We also need 30 minutes to pack away. Please advise us when booking your party if there are stairs or if there is any long distance between where we can park and where the actual venue is. This can affect the price and the set up and pack away times.
How many children can I invite to the party?
An ideal number is around 20, however our insurance allows us to entertain up to 30 children.
Do you do joint parties?
Yes, but we can only have up to 30 children and we may not be able to do all the games and activities as there will be no time to cover everything.
Do you require a deposit?
In order to secure your booking we ask for a small deposit of £20. If you yourselves cancel the booking then this deposit is nonrefundable. You can pay the booking deposit either through PayPal, Bank Transfer, cheque, or cash.
Please note: once your deposit is paid your booking is complete and secure.
Do I need to provide anything?
You will need to find a suitable venue, refreshments for the break and some balloons. We provide the rest, which includes disco, lights, games, prizes, sweets and if your venue allows you can add a snow machine or haze machine leaving you to sit back and relax.
Can you do parties outside?
Unfortunately with our English weather this is a difficult one. If you want a party outside we will need you to provide us with suitable shelter.
When should I book?
You should book as early as possible so that you are not disappointed. Of course we do get many clients contacting us because they have been let down by another entertainer. In this instance we will always try our best to cover your party or event, but sometimes this isn’t always possible. Do you provide prizes?
Our parties include sweets, prizes. . We can also provide balloons, party bags and pass the parcel for extra.
How do I request karaoke?
Before your party. we ask if you have any must have karaoke and we will unsure to provide your requesta. At the party we will provide you with karaoke song request slips and all you have to do is simply jot down your request and you and your friends will be called up in order of acceptance.
What about Health and Safety ?
All our equipment is Portable Appliance Tested annually in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive, Electricity at Work Act 1989. A copy of our current test certificate is available on request.
Are you DBS cleared?
We all have a clean enhanced DBS, which make us the best people to entertain your children. A copy of this is available on request.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance cover for up to 5 million pounds; a copy of our current certificate is available on request.
Can I speak/meet with you before my function?
Yes, we will gladly come and visit you, either at your home, at the venue, or we can speak on the phone if you prefer. This visit to you will normally be arranged at a time, date and place convenient to you. So you can discuss any and all aspects of your function either face to face, by telephone or via email, or even all three! I prefer to meet my clients beforehand as this means we can both have a better understanding of each other and can run through all the procedures and requests that you might have.
Terms and Conditions
• A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• JC’s Kids Parties/Disco and Karaoke must be paid in full on the party day in cash or seven days before the party by cheque, paypal or bank transfer
• We reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover travel costs if your party is outside our core area of work.
• Deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed by us, however we will gladly work with you to find an alternative date based on availability within a three month period.
