🔥 AVATAR COSPLAY — IVY ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT! 🔥

This Avatar cosplay shoot was seriously awesome! 💙👽

Around 2 HOURS of makeup and preparation went into creating the character — and once Ivy stepped in front of the camera, she completely transformed and nailed the shoot as always! 📸🔥

I love working on creative cosplay photography because it isn't just about taking a photo. It's about character, styling, makeup, lighting, posing and storytelling — bringing the whole concept to life. 🎭✨

Ivy is always brilliant to work with, and this Avatar-inspired character was no exception. From the preparation right through to the final images, this was one seriously fun shoot! 🙌

📸 A few stills from an EPIC shoot at Brean Down! 🔥

Here are a few of my favourites from last weekend’s shoot with the absolutely amazing Bryn, Lara and Mina! 😍

We headed to Brean Down, Somerset, and what started as an idea for one shoot has already turned into plans for MORE! 🙌

And honestly… I cannot wait! 🤩

These three were an absolute pleasure to work with — talented, relaxed, creative, completely up for trying things and, most importantly, just lovely, fun people to spend the day with.

That makes such a difference on a shoot. When everyone is enjoying themselves, experimenting and bouncing ideas around, that's when the magic happens. ✨

From dance photography and creative portraits to dramatic outdoor shoots, I love creating images that have a little more impact and personality.

Brean Down gave us an incredible backdrop, and Bryn, Lara and Mina absolutely smashed it! 🔥

More shoots are already being planned… and I have a feeling we're going to create something pretty special! 👀📸

🐾✨ When dog photography becomes fine art…

I absolutely LOVE how this dog shoot turned out! 😍

For this session, I wanted to try something a little different. Rather than going for the usual bright and colourful pet portraits, I experimented with lighting, shadows and contrast to create a much more fine-art feel.

The result is something a little more dramatic, timeless and almost painterly. 🎨🐶

I love experimenting with lighting because sometimes the smallest change can completely transform a portrait.

🐾🎥 A LITTLE BTS CHAOS… AND A LOT OF CUTENESS! 📸❤️

This was one of the first behind-the-scenes videos we ever created — and looking back, it perfectly sums up why I absolutely LOVE pet photography! 😂🐶🐾

There was a lot of fun… a lot of chaos… plenty of trying to get the perfect shot… and, of course, an adorable model who definitely wasn’t interested in following the script! 🤣

And honestly? That’s exactly what makes pet photography so much fun. ❤️

You can plan the lighting, the backdrop and the perfect composition, but when you’re photographing animals, they definitely have their own ideas! 🐕🐈🐴

The unexpected moments often become some of my favourite images. Capturing those little personalities, expressions and funny moments is what makes professional pet photography so special. 🥰📸

There’s something about a dark, cinematic character shoot that just works. Dramatic lighting, powerful posing, atmosphere and a little bit of the Dark Side coming together to create something completely different from a traditional portrait. 📸✨

📸🏆 A GREAT WAY TO START THE RECOVERY PROCESS! 🏆📸

What better way to start my recovery from surgery than with some fantastic news… another award! 🎉🙌

This one is for a photograph of the amazing Terry, who I’ve featured here previously. It’s always a pleasure working with Terry and creating images that capture personality, character and something a little different. 📸✨

And although I’ve been fortunate enough to receive a fair few awards over the years, they are NEVER taken for granted. Every award still means a huge amount to me because behind every image is time, creativity, planning and, most importantly, an amazing person willing to step in front of my camera. ❤️
