As you may be aware from recent communications and media coverage. An Amber Heat Health Alert has been issued for the South West over the coming days and into next week.

The South Western Ambulance Service is anticipating an increase in demand associated with heat-related illness, particularly in relation to outdoor events and large gatherings during this period. This additional demand is expected to place further pressure on the ambulance service.
