Today we learned how to make the freshest spaghetti bolognaise.

Hand made pasta, Ragu, knife skills, the history behind the dish along with food safety and learning how to work like a real chef.

Chefs and front of house staff required for a very busy up and coming summer season.
With Weddings, fine dining at home experiences, festivals and some amazing catering events.

I’m seeking keen and enthusiastic staff with a “ CAN DO “ attitude.Also I would like to invite any one who’d like the opportunity to take on an “ internship “ based placement.
Getting paid whilst learning, some one who maybe at catering college or maybe looking for something new.

All pay is based on experience.

Ok you lovely people!

This year I have decided to take a two bookings for my luxurious New Years Eve menu.

Lunchtime booking between 12-4pm.

Evening booking anytime from 7pm on wards.

It will be a strictly first come first served basis.

So take the hassle out of going out to a restaurant and let me bring the restaurant to your house and enjoy some amazing food and service in the comfort of your own home.
