Another three responders were at The Wright Event to gain the British Off Road Driving Association (BORDA) qualification this weekend. This is the fourth weekend the training has been held. We would like to thank Paul, our Vice Chairman, who is a BORDA BST for giving his time to run the course and The Wright Event, one of our major sponsors, for use of their facilities at Ashtree Farm. South East 4x4 Response is kindly funding the training for members who wish to become BORDA assessed.

What do snooker, minefields, and geese have in common? Absolutely nothing—unless you’re at a Mitsubishi Electric team away day! 🦢🎱💥

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the Mitsubishi Electric team for a day packed with unique challenges. It wasn’t your average corporate gathering.

We took them through the paces with:

🎱 Powerturn Snooker: Precision driving with a twist—where points are scored for missing the balls!

💣 Minefield: A true test of communication and trust to navigate the "serum" to safety.

🐑 Geese Herding: Testing their leadership skills as they learn the commands used to direct Border Collies in guiding geese through the course.

🍽️ And of course... Lunch! (You can't solve problems on an empty stomach.)
Huge thanks to Mitsubishi Electric for spending the week with us. The scores were close, the teamwork was on point, and the laughter was non-stop.
