2023 was wild with bookings up by 50% above the average, 2024 was awful, 2025 was quiet, but quality, 2026 well hello! You’ve picked up since Christmas!
2027 brace yourselves, this is going to be a busy one!
2028 already taking bookings.

Chatting to fellow suppliers every day, it’s been a tough couple of years. Venues always get the first bookings, followed by the registrars/ celebrants, and everything else then follows. I can tell you from inside venue info, suppliers, there is sunshine! 🌞

Things have HUGELY picked up momentum since the new year.

Moonacre has an enchanted woodland wedding platform, a wildwood teepee, free roaming Peacocks, permanent marquee with ivory drapes and sparkly lights, a fully stocked and staffed bar, and space for dining and dancing. There’s outdoor dining space, onsite accommodation, and camping and glamping spaces.

Roka Bella Rose Weddings at Brenscombe has an outdoor ceremony space with the backdrop of rolling countryside, field space for marquees, a campfire area with distant views of Poole Harbour, two barns, a split level courtyard, a fully stocked and staffed bar, onsite accommodation, and camping and glamping spaces.

Both venues have permanent on-site toilets and showers, and both venues allow you to choose your own caterers.

So many photos I want to share from last weekend.

A vision in my head of vertical fabric draping to the floor from the beams to create drama and interest for the aisle without being too ‘blocky’. My vision was for these to then create the table runners for my oval tables. Table runners that come down from ceiling. I think it worked.

Roka Bella Rose Weddings at Brenscombe

Date: Sunday 16th November
Place: Roka Bella Rose Weddings at Brenscombe, Brenscombe Outdoor Centre, Studland Road, Corfe Castle, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5JG

I’m ideally looking for Dorset suppliers, or suppliers that would be able to offer their services to our couples so that I can recommend you with our packages I’ve been writing. Our weddings are on Saturdays as the site is normally in use Monday-Friday.

I’ve now been given the opportunity to offer winter weddings at Brenscombe too. For the last 6 years I’ve only been able to offer summer weddings due to the site’s other commitments, but this has changed.

The winter wedding packages will run from November - February, but we offer weddings all year round, and in the warmer months we use the field too with our Tipis.

Winter Weddings will be a maximum of 50 guests in the day, with a maximum of an additional 70 guests in the evening.

The table arrangement will consist of:
4x oval tables that I made which seat 10 people and are 240cm long. I think they’re around 120cm wide at the widest point.
1x one side long table to seat 10 people as the top table

Welcome drinks, canapés, and music will be in the lower barn on our courtyard, the ceremony in our stone barn which we lovingly call ‘Disco Barn’, cocktail hour and music back in the lower barn whilst we change over the stone barn for dining, then the evening will be held across both barns, with a Little Hat Tipi and fairy lights dressing the courtyard. There will be s’mores around a fire pit, and ideally a VW camper Photo Booth or similar on the upper part of the courtyard. Just to give you a feel for it.
