We showcased something a bit different on Friday. Our inaugural Fire Feast at Sleap Airfield for their incredible Sleapkosh fly in. We’re so familiar with more formal dining with it comprising most of what we do, it was such an immense pleasure to do something different. We fed 190 hungry pilots and had some incredible feedback! Our fire setup will be a new addition to our lineup of informal dining from now, for weddings and other gatherings alike for a more relaxed feast cooked over the coals. 📸 .photo

We’ve had a little flurry of bookings for 2027 this week, so to celebrate here is the sensational R+D from last August at this magical venue. R and I got on like a house on fire from the get go with our detail focussed no nonsense approach - and the culmination of her hard work, I’m sure you’ll agree, is one impeccably stylish wedding! Garthmyl really does offer enormous scope for the creative couple and with the new orangery due to complete in May, it’s only getting bigger and better. We will be there on 10th May for the grand opening, come and see what marvels have materialised from the inspired mind of the owner 🤍🤍

Well we’ve had false spring now, the rain is back - for a short time anyhow. It reminds me fondly of one of our proudest weekends battling the best the Blighty weather could throw at us for the effervescent G+A, a couple of Octobers ago. When I say it rained, gosh it rained. Infact it rained so much that the marquee floor was at risk of becoming a swimming pool! If it wasn’t for the very stoic team and the grooms incredibly resourceful father we might not be able to share these beautiful images captured by . Expertly planned by an impossibly level headed planning powerhouse , this very special wedding was set at the groom’s family home in Derbyshire. The dream team pulled together through (literal) rivers and when the sky relented this magical day came to life. Testament to the fact that when you choose expertly seasoned professionals, even the English weather can’t ruin your wedding.

At home celebrating C+E over the August bank holiday. Two days of delightful dining at the oasis that is their family home. A timeless marquee hosted their 180 guests for three plated courses following their ceremony and drinks reception. Our house made agnolotti, tender Shropshire beef and a classic basque cheesecake with chocolate sauce flowed the menu through to the evening where the most incredible rave unfolded. The Sunday started in a leisurely way, as Sundays should. Early afternoon paella, cocktails and a day-rave were on the cards for guests returning. Heavenly, one to remember for some time 🤍 📸

There is something so special about a wedding at home. Intimate or a big bash the pressure of being here and there is released and you can relax into your day. V&A chose to celebrate with a close knit crowd of friends, family and their little ones at home. Captured exquisitely by 🫶🏼

It’s 2026! 🥳 I always get to the start of a new year, a new season and recall the events taken place the year before. It’s always so surreal to think these events which have been a part of our work for up to 2 years beforehand have suddenly been and gone. Moving on almost feels wrong as we build a happy and joyous bond with our clients through that time. All I can say is that the happy news of building more lovely relationships to guide new clients through this exciting time of their lives is what brings the fresh spark with a fresh season!
