WFC is a family run company based Hertfordshire with over 25 years experience with the catering industry. All the team has a wealth of knowledge, from owning and running 3 award winning gastro pub restaurants in Hertfordshire, training under Michelin starred Chefs and serving the masses at the biggest music festivals. Having run some of the best pub restaurants in Hertfordshire, we know what the c

ustomer likes and we work hard to keep the standards high. Our high standards didn’t just stay in the pub, we take the same philosophy where ever we go, whether it’s an intimate dinner party or feeding 1000+ a day at a festival we want to be the best. All three pubs had year on year entries in the guides (Michelin Restaurant, Michelin Pub, AA Restuarant, AA Pub, Sawdays, Remey Martin) and won Food Pub of the Year in 2009. We’ve have recipes in National Papers and magazines including Hello and Great British Food.
