We have watched it happen at our fairs.

Couples walking in and you could tell they were overwhelmed.
Too many options. Too many voices. Too much sales talk.

They stopped at one stand, then another… and you could see them switching off.

So we stepped in and did what we actually do best: matchmake.

We asked two questions:

“What do you want your day to feel like?”
“What kind of venue are you picturing?”
Within minutes, we pointed them toward a venue that fit their vibe, then introduced them to two suppliers that naturally matched that style.

The couple relaxed.
The conversations got real.
And suddenly it wasn’t a fair anymore. It was a plan.

That’s the part people don’t see.

We don’t just fill a room with stands. We think hard about the mix, the flow, the couples we’re attracting, and how we support suppliers to actually get bookings.

Wow! What a day! Thank you to everyone who attended the wedding fair at today. We had so much fun talking to all the lovely couples and suppliers. If you ever wondered what happens after all the couples leave, well.... this! It's a first for Simply Elegant Events to have an Alpaca in a group photo 🥰🦙
