A humble, lil bit emotional & honest post! 🥹

There's no denying mum and I really did everything we possibly could to make a success of our pea&pod retreats... it's not quite worked out this time, and yes we'd be lying if we weren't sad about it... BUT... we still believe in everything we've created, offered and delivered and there is a future for pea&pod but magic is underway in shaping it into a very special offering for you all...watch this space 👀✨🫛

Introducing mindfulness, present play, creativity, sound therapy and so much more to our lovely retreat guests has quite honestly been one of the most beautiful and special spaces we've ever created.. even in the chaos, something truly blossomed and we loved watching you connect with your own inner child as much as your children ✨

Thank you! from the bottom of our hearts to EVERYONE in our small business community who have been nothing short of incredible at supporting our vision, promoting and sharing our dreams and aspirations for what we hoped pea&pod could be! Without you, there really was no community and we're so grateful to have built very special and treasured friendships off the back of working with you all! ❤️

We've been super busy! Here's what we've been up too!

Life has been very full recently! All gorgeous and exciting things but we really haven't come up for air (hence the very quiet account!) so we thought we'd share a little bit about what we've been up too!

I'll also be hopping on stories this week to talk to you about our recent post about upcoming changes here at pea&pod which is all very exciting! But I also appreciate it does change the way we work moving forward! So watch this space for that 🥰🙏🏻

Hello lovelies 👋🏻 it's been a lil while, so sorry... I've been fighting off a pretty grim tummy bug (joys of nursery 🙄) which has finally passed and I'm starting to feel far more human! Wahoo 🎉

As some of you will know from another recent post, mum has landed herself a pretty epic job at an equally wonderful local charity and we're currently trying to work through our diaries to find dates and locations that are going to work for our schedules - safe to say it's proving tricky - BUT we're determined and we need your help 🥰 How? We'll be popping some polls out on our stories over the next couple of days and would LOVE to hear your thoughts on what and where you'd like to see us next!

Daddy & me 🫛✨

We are very excited to be able to offer our ‘daddy & me’ retreats at the for our awesome daddy’s... who so deserve that one-on-one quality time with your lil ones! Our retreat sessions encompass all things bonding, exploration, adventure, mindfulness and play, offering a balance of activity and free play time for you and your lil ones

What to expect on the day…

🫛 Settle into the space and meet your pea&pod duo Holly & Alli

🫛 Join in on a affirmation and mindfulness activity that you can do with your little ones - a lovely activity with a wholesome takeaway

🫛 We have the amazing Kat joining us from an award winning baby development class designed to support parents and lil ones to navigate this new world together. Kat will also have a pop up stand for any questions or queries you may have

🫛 Exclusive access to the amazing play café facilities - not to mention treating you & your little one to something from the very yummy menu

🫛 We have our lovely pop-up joining us to share insight on supporting our littles in all things ‘sleep therapy’

🫛 Take the opportunity to meet our lovely Amy, owner of - treat yourself to a daddy & me mini photoshoot or book another experience for you and your family

🫛 Time to wind down with a story - feature book chosen by our lovely My Happy Play Café owner Natasha - we’ll be adventuring into our imaginary world of story time together

🫛 Come and experience a mini sound therapy session with Alli and enjoy the benefits of this amazing offering with your little ones.

A lil update from your pea&pod duo 🫛✨

We've been a bit quiet over here and wanted to keep you in the loop... Our pod (Alli) has landed an amazing part time job with a local charity and we've been waiting for confirmation and everything to be in writing before we share the news... I know you'll all join me in saying a HUGE congratulations 🎉 I'm super proud of her! - they are VERY lucky! ❤️

With that in mind, we've had to have a lil think and get creative with how we now host our retreats for you all (as Holly also works part time Mon - Weds)... We're still planning this out as we speak so please bear with us! We know you've already been super patient! And we are so grateful 🙏🏻

What we can share...

🫛 weekend retreats will now be hosted by our 'pea' Holly... She'll be busy getting creative with the release of these retreats very soon! 🎉

🫛 Thursdays, Fridays and evening retreats will continue as is with both of us hosting 🙌🏻

🫛 Milton Keynes & Bedford venues to be announced shortly (we just need to confirm the new dates with the venues before announcing) eek!

🫛 Our current 'daddy & me' and 'grandparents & me' retreat at the in May remains the same and we'll both be hosting these events 🎉🙏🏻

Happy International Women's Day 🎉✨🫛

Where do we even start! We feel so unbelievably blessed and lucky to not only have the opportunity to work together, as a mumma daughter duo (+ Leni pops of course) but we also get to work alongside and collab with the most AMAZING women-ran small businesses who make our experiences all that extra special!

Pea&pod retreats was a dream of Holly's off the back of her maternal wellbeing offerings over at .withholly
And it quickly evolved into something rather beautiful! Not only are we inviting incredible Mummas to our retreats, but we also welcome partners, grandparents, aunties, uncles and other family members along too! Something that no one has really explored before and we love that we empower families to connect with themselves and their little ones in ways they may have never considered before! It's magic ✨

Not to mention... As a new mum returning to work, each and every one of our small businesses have been such an inspiration, it's not been easy at times, navigating motherhood, my part time job, setting up 2 businesses and and life demands - but to have this community to cheerlead, support and empower us and our vision has honestly been life changing and mum and I feel SO lucky! Thank you ❤️🙌🏻

So here's to you lovelies! Our retreat guests and our lovely pea&pod small business community 🫛✨ thank you for your support, encouragement, guidance and love!

🫛 We have the lovely Reka joining us from an award winning, friendly and fear-free first aid franchise. Reka will be delivering a mini class. Full of practical guidance on all things first aid for littles. Reka will also have a pop up stand for any questions or queries you may have

🫛 Exclusive access to the amazing play café facilities - not to mention treating you & your little one to something from the very yummy menu - squash is free!

🫛 We have our lovely pop-up Sarah joining us to share her gorgeous offerings on yoga classes for children, a lovely activity for our littles and family members to enjoy
