So in love with beautiful ‘Bombastic’ spray rose. I think this variety is up there in my top three partly because of their fantastic name but mostly because they are so pretty and versatile. They marry beautifully with peaches pinks and whites 😍

Wishing congratulations to these wonderful newlyweds! 💕

Thank you for trusting me with your wedding bouquets and buttonholes. Being told the flowers were perfect when I delivered them was such an honour.

Ashley chose a simple bouquet of large headed white roses with eryngium thistles as a subtle nod to her Scottish heritage. The flowers were elegant and complemented her incredible dress beautifully.

Thank you for allowing me to play a small part in your special day.

Today I topped up the new planters on the village green with fresh compost and lots of beautiful plants, all chosen with bees in mind 🐝

I’ve planted verbena and salvia for height, along with sweet William and lavender, plus some wonderfully fragrant stocks. I couldn’t resist adding a few craspedia for a fun pop of colour too. Around the edges I’ve included plenty of trailing plants to soften everything and spill over, fuchsia, nepeta, lobelia, petunias, ivy and trailing geraniums.

While I was planting a little bee popped out of a fuchsia which felt like a very good sign that the flowers are already doing their job!

I can’t wait to see how it all grows and fills out over the next few weeks no doubt I’ll be adding a few bits here and there!
