We are just writing to thank you very much for joining us at the Holdenby Food Show last weekend, it was a great success with nearly 5,000 visitors. Phil Brown suggested a mouth watering menu for a private dinner party at our home and delivered a memorable meal for a very discerning group of guests who are used to the highest standards. All present were delighted with the evening. Phil provided all the ingredients and cooking utensils but used our own kitchen to prepare the food. I would unreservedly recommend Cookaboro and Phil for a private dinner party in your own home - it allows the hosts to relax and thoroughly enjoy the evening and concentrate on their guests.

An excellent evening of fabulous food, great staff and no worries, which as the hostess of my Motherʼs 60th birthday, was wonderful. There really is no-one else out there who helped as much to pull off an exceptional evening for our 30 dinner guests. From the amazing cuisine provided by Phil, and the superb deserts from Maria, the icing on the cake really was how it was all pulled together and the professionalism of all the staff on the night. cookaboro totally made an event i attended for my best friend in higham ferris. The food was superb, waiters and waitresses immaculate, polite and professional, but as i say the food was totaly first class. Starters well that would be telling, main course - every table was making enquiries into if there was more and deserts well, you seriously need to try this catering company out! They come with my full recommendation and if i ever have a function that requires caterers they will be the the one and only on my list to recommend!

Thanks Phil for the excellent Hog Roast you did for my little boys Freddies Christening. The feedback from my 120 guests were outstanding they enjoyed the fact that the Hog

was cooked on a proper spit roast with a nakedflame,crispy crackling was mouth watering... The salad bar was exceptional along side with the home made dessert table. Your self and your staff were proffessional and made my guests feel at home. I would recommend any body wanting a stress free day at home get Phil and his team of staff to take over at an affordable price. Phil I have given at least 10 of my friends who would like you to cater for them your number.

Phil catered for the adults at my grandaughterʼs 13th birthday. A bbq for 25 adults and some children. It was exceptional. The food was fab and his coleslaw is out of this world. For once I wasnʼt tied to the bbq. It was great to be catered for. Phil helped with the menu selection and arrived and just took over. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Hi Phil, as I had 5 mins to myself at last I just thought I would write a quick thank you. I can honestly say that from the our first meeting I knew we had chosen the right caterer, I had in mind the sort of meal that we wanted and you made your suggestions and recommendations around our ideas, which we found a refreshing change from other caterers we had enquired with as you are flexible and accommodating to all needs. As with all weddings our numbers kept on changing and vegetarians kept appearing but as the changes were relayed to you you never appeared flustered with us. The food itself well what can I say it was amazing, everyone commented on how fantastic the food was, the presentation and the timing we felt were to perfection, the staff you used were friendly and very helpful and made us feel the nothing we requested was too much. The chocolate dessert - oh my - I know we requested chocolate dessert but the truffle was truly out of this world its a good job I don't know the recipe as I can honestly say we would live on it. Anyway not to go one too much we can't express how grateful we are and how professional friendly and accommodating you were the food was more than we hoped and if anyone were to ask who to use as a caterer we can honestly say we would recommend you with no hesitation.
