Today we’re sharing something that hasn’t been an easy decision for us.
From this moment on, we have made the decision to say goodbye to The Coffee Stop Grazers and hang up our aprons.
We have absolutely loved creating grazing tables and beautiful spreads for your celebrations. Being part of your birthdays, baby showers, weddings, work events and special moments has meant the world to us. Every table was created with care, creativity and a lot of heart.
However, with the café growing, becoming stronger than ever and our new venture Gemini Collective very nearly up and running, we simply don’t have the time to continue producing grazing tables the way we believe they should be done.
In uncertain times, we’ve also found that expectations are changing. People often expect something for nothing, and we won’t lower our standards to produce a bog-standard spread. That’s just not who we are and never will be.
We want to reassure everyone who has already booked with us that all bookings up until October 2026 will absolutely be honoured and are secure. You can still reach us on the Coffee Stop and Sandwich Deli page for messages regarding your bookings. Your tables and buffets will still look amazing, and we will continue to pour our hearts into every single one.
Right now, we’re focusing on our future and what works best for us and our growing businesses.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported, booked, recommended and trusted us over the years. It has truly been a pleasure.
Small catering needs can still be met through the café, although things will work slightly differently moving forward.
For now, Alice and Charlotte are signing off from The Coffee Stop Grazers and stepping into our new chapter with Gemini.

Planning an event and not sure which catering option is right for you? 👀

Not every event needs a full grazing table and that’s where our platters come in 🤍

We also offer beautifully presented catering platters at a lower price per head, perfect for parties, workplaces and relaxed celebrations of all sizes.

This one was for 60 people and still packed with the same quality, variety and care we put into everything we do.

If you love the look of grazing tables but need something more budget friendly or practical for your event, platters are such a good option.

✨ Read this if you love good food & beautiful celebrations… ✨

What started as a random conversation on our driveway (yes… we’re neighbours 😅) turned into Alice giving Charlotte a job at her café… and into a friendship that quickly became a best-friend partnership 🤍

After a year or two of working side-by-side (and side-by-side in life), another “what if?” conversation became our little dream business, The Coffee Stop Grazers, creating thoughtfully styled, beautifully made grazing tables, each one personalised for the people and moments they’re made for.

We truly believe that good food brings people together, sets the tone for a celebration, and becomes part of the memories you keep.

Since starting, we’ve been so lucky to cater for everything from birthdays and baby showers to weddings, corporate events and family gatherings, and 2026 is already shaping up to be a busy one 🤍

Between us, we have 18 years in the catering industry, Alice from working her way through pubs to owning her own gorgeous café, and Charlotte from the wedding industry to cooking alongside Alice every day.

We’ve loved meeting every single client so far and we can’t wait to meet many more of you this year.
