We use only the best traditional ingredients. Our spices and rice are imported directly from Spain. This makes our "Sofrito" (sauce) and therefore our Paellas, incredibly tasty and authentic (Autentico!)

Dear Autentico Customers and Followers,

For the past seven years, Jorge and I have poured our hearts and souls into Autentico, creating the high-quality, passionate dining experience that you’ve come to know and love. As we’ve started to think about retiring in the not-too-distant future, one thing has held us back: the desire to ensure that Autentico is passed on to someone who shares our dedication to quality, attention to detail, and love for what we do. We didn’t want just anyone to continue our journey—we wanted someone who truly embodied our vision.

Over the years, we’ve met many kind-hearted and well-intentioned people who were eager to take the reins. However, we never felt that their vision aligned with ours, so we continued to run things ourselves. That was until something wonderful happened.

We are thrilled to announce that our dear friend Anna, a highly skilled chef with years of experience running a successful fine dining business, has offered to take over Autentico. Anna has asked to continue the business exactly as it is, with no changes whatsoever. We couldn’t be more excited, as Anna reflects the values and standards that we hold so dear.

Starting April 1st, Anna will take the lead at Autentico, with Jorge and I staying on to support her for as long as she needs us. We will pass on our recipes, our Spanish suppliers, and everything that makes our Paellas and other dishes special. Rest assured; nothing will change.

We are so happy to see Autentico remain in the caring hands of a close friend and talented chef rather than with strangers. We hope you’ll continue to enjoy the Paellas and all the flavours you love.

We are a family run business specialising in Spanish & Greek Cypriot Catering, cooking traditional recipes handed down over 3 generations, using authentic ingredients, many of which we import ourselves, such as the finest rice, spices and extra virgin olive oil that we source from Spain & Cyprus.

We offer a complete hassle free catering experience for companies and individuals n the Herts, Beds & Bucks area.
