This week I've gone back to some customer favourites! 🍜

The chicken katsu is succulent, with a pot of sauce on the side so you can drench or dip it and of course some pickled veggies 🥕

12 hour slow cooked beef Ragu with perfectly cooked rigatoni and topped with aged Parmesan, hits the spot every time.

Always keeping the protein high and packed with veggies to keep you fuller for longer 👏

After 2 wonderful weeks off, I’m happy to be back doing what I love the most. Cooking up some healthy meals for you all 🧑🏻‍🍳

This menu has been requested by many to come back so I thought I’d bring it back this week!

We’ve got some delicious dishes coming up in the next few weeks, inspired by our trip away to Mexico.
Currently doing some recipe testing to make them as authentic as possible while keeping protein high and calories lower! ✨

We’ve curated a lineup of customer favorites designed to hit your protein goals without sacrificing flavor. Whether you’re craving a fresh pasta or a hearty curry, we’ve got your week sorted! 🍱💪
