Autumn is finally here and what a gorgeous one we’re having 🍁😍. We are hanging up our scissors for a little longer to enjoy the season and hope to share our plans for 2023 with you all next year.

✂️ SELF-PORTRAIT SUCCESS! ✂️

A few snaps from last week during our SELF-PORTRAITS workshop with you lovely talented people! We were so impressed with how everyone interpreted the theme and expressed their inner selves on paper 😍 it was our longest session to date and easily the most mindful with everyone fully absorbed in creating. It felt very empowering and supportive and we loved finding out more about you - thank you to everyone who joined us, we hope to see you at the next!

Huge thanks to Sameer and for being the best hosts as ever and super relaxed about finish time! 🤩

Join us on a journey of self discovery and have some fun putting all that makes you…you on a page 🤩♥️. With life being so busy we rarely have time to stop and think about ourselves and the little quirks that make us who we are - we hope this workshop will provide an opportunity for people to connect with themselves and celebrate how wonderfully unique we all are - while having a lot of fun! 🫖 ✂️

We pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment so come join us as we get stuck into this theme. We can’t wait to see what you create!

Throwback to our last workshop celebrating feminist icons, who doesn’t love some Dot Cotton? ✨✨✨

Tickets will be on sale for our next workshop WEDNESDAY 27 JULY next week, we advise early booking as previous events have sold out quickly - send us a DM or email [email protected] to make sure you receive the booking link first!

The theme is SELF-PORTRAITS which we cannot wait to explore with you, please send us your favourite artists working with the theme or any other inspirations and we will collect some personalised collage materials for you

Thank you to the incredibly talented for sharing this beautiful collage she created during lockdown with us called ‘emotional baggage’ ♥️. We adore the incorporation of stitching in this piece and the bold brush strokes breaking up the image 🪡 🎨. Check out her page for more stunning examples of her work!

Such a rich theme in art history, we can’t wait to see how it inspires your collages and what you create! Massive thank you to Ellie Pittendreigh for sending us this truly fantastic collage to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 👑😃👏🏻♥️

We particularly love the use of repetition and the decision to go BIG and work on larger paper - we feel inspired! ✨👩‍🎨 👩‍🎨

It has been a joy to see collages coming in from artists of all ages - keep them coming! 😍

It’s a wrap!!! FEMINIST ICONS PART II you did not disappoint 🙋🏻‍♀️🙌🏻

A really great evening last week cutting, sticking and chatting with you all about your best loved feminist icons from film and literature 🤩 some truly epic collages were created and everyone really seemed to find their ‘grove’ quickly, so nice to see! Thank you for making it such a success 🔥

The playlist got a lot of love (even more than normal 😅) so that will be hitting your inbox later this week ♥️

We have a super supportive group forming and it’s really inspiring us for future plans - watch this space 💖😃💖
