Waterlooville Community Grotto Keep up to date on the different events going on in your local area. This page will post events that will be going on within Waterlooville.

We are a community group made up of volunteers from all walks of life. Our aim is to encourage provide every child in the borough with a quality/affordable visit with Santa. We also want to encourage a sense of pride and community spirit in Waterlooville so will post information about other community groups/charities and local businesses.

Can anyone help the lovely people at Care and Share Waterlooville Food Bank
We are still looking for new volunteers to commit to a bit of time, 1 evening a week!
We have a food donation that needs picking up from a store in Emsworth between 8.30 and 10pm Friday, Saturday and Thursday evenings.
It needs bringing back to 41 Stakes Hill Road PO7 7LA so we can distribute.
We expect the volunteer to take a few things from the pick up to cover their fuel costs.
If anyone is interested in a regular slot on one of those days, please message me.
You'll be doing your bit to help your local community.

Care and Share Waterlooville Food Bank need your help.

We are running a tombola at the monthly community clothes sale this Saturday, 6th June (14:00–16:00) at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (PO7 7SR) to raise vital funds to feed local families.
Can you spare any unopened items or food donations?
We urgently need:
• Tombola prizes: Alcohol, fancy juices, sweets, chocolates, toiletries, or unused gifts.
• Food/Toiletry/Cleaning Materials: Tinned pies, spag bol, ravioli, packet mixes, Pasta sauce, Curry sauce, Pasta ‘n’ Sauce, toiletries, washing up liquid etc.
Drop-off anytime:
📍 41 Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7LA
🚪 Please leave items in the porch (it is always unlocked).
Come and play this weekend!
You can find our tombola stall at the next monthly community clothes sale this Saturday, 6th June from 14:00 – 16:00 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (356 London Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7SR).
The clothes sale operates on a "Pay whatever you can afford!" basis, so it's a great event to support.
Every single donation and tombola ticket sold directly helps our team provide meals for people right here in our community so thank you for your incredible support!

Half term and the end of the month can be tough for many people so If you or anyone you know is struggling to get by at the moment, please remember that Care and Share Waterlooville Food Bank are here to provide support with Help Packages..
Parcels are picked up from Sacred Heart Church, 356 London Road, Waterlooville PO7 7SR.
It's really easy to ask for a Help Package - just go to Care and Share Waterlooville Food Bank page, find the pinned post and click on the JotForm link to fill in the form and choose what items you need.(Image below)
We always email to confirm that we can help so please check the junk/spam folder if you haven't heard from us by the day before your requested collection date.
If you want to donate any food, toiletries or cleaning materials, things can still be dropped to the porch at 41 Stakes Hill Road PO7 7LA. (Please don't ring the bell unless you have to, we often have a sleepy toddler here!)
