✨🎄Important Client Update – December Appointments, BIAB Pricing & Booking Info 🎄✨

As many of you already know, I’ve been chatting to all clients about my BIAB price increase, which will take effect from 1st December.
After sitting down and properly working out all my overheads, I realised I’ve actually been working at a loss when offering BIAB, and that’s just not sustainable anymore. I’ve never properly increased my BIAB prices before because I wanted to stay competitive — but the truth is, my clients know the standard of my work, the quality of my products, and the time, care, and perfection that goes into every single set 💅. I’m a perfectionist in everything I do, and I always want my clients to leave feeling amazing with flawless results.
This increase ensures I can continue offering the same high-quality service and results while keeping my business running successfully. I’m so grateful for every single one of you who have understood when discussing this and supporting me — it really does mean the world 💗

All appointments can now be made through my new online booking system, where i will be introducing loyalty and referral rewards very soon— so you can earn little treats for coming back and recommending friends.
All new BIAB prices will be visible on the booking system and will become active from 1st December.
🎄CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS 🎄
A non-refundable deposit is required for all December appointments to secure your booking — no deposit = no confirmed slot.
If you ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please understand that I won’t be able to get you straight back in, but you’re always welcome to go on the waiting list.
When booking your Christmas and January appointments, please take the first available slot that fits your schedule — this helps keep my diary running smoothly and prevents gaps that can’t be filled during the busiest time of year.

• The salon is so busy and I’m working back-to-back, messages are my downfall please use the booking system to secure your appointment or patch test.
• Please make sure to familiarise yourself with my terms & conditions as they are being strictly applied moving forward.
• Outstanding bills will be sent ASAP.
• My business account details will be on all emails for easier payments. If you don’t pay in cash, please make sure to send your payment — the total will match what’s shown in the booking system as we all know I'm the worst as chasing payments.
🚫 Treatment Availability Update 🚫
• I will no longer be taking on NEW NAIL clients, as I simply can’t accommodate new regulars while ensuring my loyal clients can still get back in on time.
• I’ll also no longer be offering nail art, as it’s not time-beneficial during busy periods 💅
• I AM still taking on new facial and beauty clients, so if you’ve been thinking about trying one of my skin or beauty treatments, now’s the perfect time to get booked in ✨

Late Arrivals ⌚️
Please don’t leave me running late, gals — every minute counts during Christmas season! If you arrive late, I may have to shorten or move your appointment to the next available, as I can’t afford to lose time during this busy period.
