At the helm is Chef James Cross, who has trained and worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs in award-winning establishments including Hogarths in Solihull, The Manor in Meriden and The Kings Head in Chipping Camden.
James’s culinary style is deeply rooted in French cuisine, inspired by renowned chefs such as Michel Roux Jr, Raymond Blanc, and Martin Blunos. His approach embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Combined with a strong understanding of flavour and technique, this ensures every dish is crafted with care and delivers exceptional taste in every bite.

Co-Owner and Chef Alex Hall brings over a decade of experience running a successful catering company, Guy's Cliffe Catering & Events where he has built a strong reputation among Warwickshire’s food lovers.
A fully qualified, classically trained chef from Stratford-upon-Avon Catering College, Alex honed his craft in several well-known establishments across Warwickshire before expanding his culinary horizons abroad.
Spending time living and working in South America, he developed a broader perspective on flavour, technique, and culture. Today, Alex combines this wealth of experience with a genuine passion for food, creating dishes that reflect both his classical training and global influences.
