Bring a picnic and enjoy the entertainment, competitions, dancing and of course the karaoke!

The Wren Hall bar will be open to help you quench your thirst.

A shout out for one of our Wren Hall Trustees, Roger Forty, who organised the recent Cycle Ride to support the charity on Sunday 18th May, raising over £3,500 in the process.

It was great to support one of our local community based businesses at the weekend at The Case is Altered pub who ran a very busy and very successful beer festival over the course of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The photo was taken just after the last drop of festival beer had been poured from the many kegs lined up for tasting. Hats off to Jackie and Charlie (and all their helpers) at “The Case” for a great community event.

Whether you want to exhibit vegetables, fruit, flowers or home made produce there's a class for everyone to enter into competition at the Autumn Garden Show on 13th September. There are also a number of craft based and family category classes so there's nothing to stop anyone from taking part. A schedule of all the classes for this years show (together with an entry form) are available on the website (link in bio), so get on and grow/make/create so you can show !

For those of you that know The Case is Altered pub on Case Lane, you might be interested to know it’s their beer festival soon - starts 5pm on Friday 30th May and continues through Saturday and Sunday. A fantastic local business, it is an important part of the local community fabric. They will be showcasing 20 beers and ciders from independent brewers. Please do pop in and show your support - you are sure to meet many friends there!! 🍺 🍺 🍺 😀 Fingers crossed for some favourable weather!!

A fatal accident disrupts the lives of Western visitors to a lavish party in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, and this will ultimately lead to a reckoning in the desert.….Ralph Fiennes and Jessica Chastain star in this psychological thriller

Doors will open at 7.30pm on the night - a pay bar is available (card/contactless rather than cash) before the film starts at 8.00pm - snacks are provided as part of the ticket price of £6 per person.
