A VERY IMPORTANT HOUSE PARTY

In 2014 I threw myself a 40th Birthday party - I had my friend play and I booked Davos (the viral keyboard player)

It was such a success, and there was an appetite for a regular event.

Over the next few years I put on quarterly events. We had a dressing up box, ice pops, popping candy, lollipops, rave kits, and most importantly LOTS OF FUN!

I had the pleasure of booking some of my favourite DJs including the legendary

I look back now and I am super proud of what I achieved. I wanted to create a vibe where people felt save to come solo. I used to arrange for solos to come at 9pm at opening and I had a solos table. Solos soon became friends. Relationships were formed.

We had to move venue and then that venue closed. So I put AVIHP as it became known, to bed.

In 2021 I went to Defected Croatia and it changed my life and outlook. By now I had picked up DJing again, learning to play on digital instead of vinyl. So I revived my event and hosted a pink party - the first one I played at as well as hosted.

Over the years, things changed. I decided to focus on DJing - but last year a canalside venue in Manchester looked like it would be a good place to throw a party.

So in 3 weeks time, we will be at Lock 91 for the second time. With the same feel good vibes, the dressing up box and what’s most important LOTS OF FUN!

There are only a handful of tickets remaining.
