The versatile facilities available at Winmarleigh House offer an ideal venue for any business event, large or small. Product launches, market research programmes, sales conferences and training are a few of the business events that have been successfully held here.

The fully air-conditioned Beaumont Room can accommodate up to 180 people seated theatre-style and up to 140 people seated at tables depending on the style of layout you prefer. A microphone system and overhead projection facility can be made available when presentations are being made. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests to use.

The Hatton and Stretton Suites are in the newer part of the building and both are air-cooled. It is a versatile suite of contemporary rooms which can be combined together for larger functions or sub-divided into separate rooms for smaller meetings or for use as seminar rooms for those important training sessions. In addition other smaller rooms can be made available.

Most business events require a break in the morning/afternoon and tea, coffee, light refreshments and a midday lunch can be provided as required.

Situated in the centre of Warrington we have our own Car Park in Museum Street, about 200 metres away, where there is free off-road parking for 70 cars every evening after 5.00pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.

When the refurbishment and re-design of the catering facilities are complete we would like to find a team to run the breakfast operation, both cooking and serving guests front of house.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be in at the beginning, really contributing to concept and ex*****on of a new breakfast service, 5 mornings per week
