✨ NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS ✨

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be getting our swipe card system up and running. This will allow our regular members to access the lounge and bar without any disruption from private functions or other events taking place in the building.

After a long battle, we think we’ve finally cracked it… fingers crossed anyway 🙃😂

If you already have a membership card, please hand it to a member of the bar team when you next visit. We’ll need to hold onto it briefly while we reactivate all cards on the system — don’t worry, you’ll still receive your members’ prices 👀

If you’re a member but haven’t received your card yet, just let the team know and we’ll get that sorted for you.

And if you’re not a member yet… well, what are you waiting for? Come on down and join us 🤷‍♀️

🚗⚽🥊 Big Night Ahead – Let’s Park Kindly!

With boxing on and the football team playing at home TOMORROW, the estate is likely to be busier than usual — particularly from 6pm onwards.

As there aren’t marked bays in the car park, we’d really appreciate everyone parking thoughtfully and leaving enough room for others to get in and out easily.

Please also remember to:

• Avoid blocking driveways, entrances, or access routes
• Leave space for emergency vehicles, just in case
• Be mindful of residents and pedestrians
• Respect that the gate to the staff car park will be closed — please do not open the gate
• Leave quietly at the end of the night to avoid disrupting our neighbours

A little consideration makes a big difference and helps keep everything running smoothly for everyone.
